Other	The grapes that were used to produce the Meraki Sauvignon Blanc are grown under optimal conditions in the Durbanville wine region. The combination of excellent soils, South-facing slopes, high rainfall and very cool growing conditions contribute to the uniqueness of this Sauvignon Blanc. These grapes ripen as nature intended and the cool Atlantic breeze creates the perfect environment for growing premium Sauvignon Blanc grapes. All vines are trellised and carefully nurtured to produce this wine. The flavours found in these grapes are delicate fruit and play a big role in the crisp acidity that balances the rest of the selection.
